Caterina Zamparini is Government Affairs Associate at B&K Agency, based in Brussels. She holds a BA in European Studies from Maastricht University and an MSc in International Relations and Diplomacy from Leiden University, where she specialised in gender equality and human rights in EU policymaking and EU foreign affairs. Her interests include the protection and promotion of fundamental rights in EU internal policies and external action, and peace and security.
Caterina has a strong background in policy analysis, research and advocacy. She has experience working in different sectors, from civil-society organisations to research institutes and international organisations. In September 2024, she published an article on the Dutch Referenda and their impact on European democracy.
