He is an expert on European governance and policymaking and is a registered lobbyist at the European Parliament. In his work, he specializes in telecommunications, the digital single market, intellectual property, and cyberspace.
Luca holds a degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Milan and is an IHS alumnus. He has previously worked for an Italian political party and served as development officer for several non-profits.
Giuseppe Grossi is EU Regulatory & Public Affairs Analyst at B&K Agency
Prior to joining B&K, Giuseppe was Assistant and Policy Advisor to a Member of the European Parliament for three years. He is passionate about defence and security issues, and holds an extensive knowledge of the mechanisms of the Brussels bubble.
Giuseppe holds a MA in Philosophy of Economics from University of Turin and a High Certification in Public Policy Analysis from the LSE. A native Italian speaker, he is fluent both in English and French, proficient in Dutch, and masters the basics of Spanish and German.

Themis is the Growth and Development Manager at B&K Agency.
Themis specializes in NGO growth consulting, and also works in the non-profit marketing sector. She has significant experience in organizing conferences and art events/ exhibitions.
Themis holds a BSc in History and Philosophy of Science from NKUA, a postgraduate diploma in Sustainable Development from Sussex University, and she is a postgraduate student in Philosophy of Law at the Law School of Athens.
