Parvina Huseynova is the founder of Realstrategik Consultancy, a London-based firm specialising in strategic communications, public affairs, government relations, and campaigns. She is a geopolitical analyst and adviser to family offices and investors on strategic positioning and investment opportunities.
She brings nearly six years of high-level experience within the UK Conservative Party, including as Deputy Head of Candidate Engagement. In this role she managed leader development under four Prime Ministers and played a key part in two General Elections and the London Mayoral Election, gaining rare hands-on mastery of democratic institution-building, political mobilisation, and governance at the highest levels of British politics.
Parvina previously served as Head of Policy Relations at the Henry Jackson Society, a leading UK think tank focused on foreign policy and national security, where she managed relationships with UK Parliament and organised global security events. She currently serves on the Advisory Board of Defence Connect, a UK-based not-for-profit dedicated to strengthening dialogue and collaboration across the UK’s defence and security community. She is also a Contributor to the Geopolitical Insight & Education Foundation, a Washington DC-based think tank, analysing European defence, public opinion on security matters, and UK-EU-US cooperation. She regularly moderates and speaks at high-level political events covering public diplomacy, security cooperation, investment, innovation, foreign policy.
Parvina specialises in international security, defence policy, South Caucasus dynamics, energy security, Eurasian connectivity, regional stability, and the interplay between Western foreign policy and regional dynamics. She holds a BA in Finance, an MSc in International Business Economics from the University of Westminster, and a Master of Research (MRes) in Politics from UCL, with research focused on Eurasian energy security. Fluent in English, Azerbaijani, Turkish, and Russian, she brings rigorous policy analysis, extensive networks, practical political experience, and strategic business acumen to advisory boards and consultancy roles addressing geopolitical uncertainties and multilateral cooperation.
