The special guests for this webinar are:

📌 Parvina Huseynova, the founder of Realstrategik Consultancy, a London based public affairs firm specialising in political and business strategy, campaigns and communications.

She served as Deputy Head of Candidate Engagement for the UK Conservative Party, where she managed the selection, training, recruitment, and nurturing of political candidates under four Prime Ministers, including initiating outreach to potential candidates and supporting their campaigns in several elections, including two General Elections and London Mayoral Election. Previously, she was Head of Policy Relations at the Henry Jackson Society, focusing on international affairs and organising events on global security issues. Parvina holds a BA in Finance, an MSc in Business Economics, and an MRes in Politics from UCL.

📌 Sara Gezdari, a multilingual international businesswoman, political leader, and community advocate with over 20 years of combined experience across the commercial and political arenas. Since 2018, she has served as Partner and PR Director at Actarus Investments LLP, operating in London and internationally, with a focus on private equity, real estate, and infrastructure.

Since 2017, Sara has been actively engaged in UK politics, earning a reputation as a strategic campaigner, fundraiser, and community leader. She has served as Deputy Chair for London South West, Vice President of Conservative Friends of the NHS, and Ward Chair for Richmond Riverside, while also standing as a council candidate in multiple elections. In 2024, she further demonstrated her commitment to public service by standing as the Conservative Parliamentary Candidate for Richmond Park.
