B&K Agency supported Property Rights Alliance to launch the 2025 International Property Rights Index at the European Parliament

October 15, 2025 / Brussels, Belgium – B&K Agency had the pleasure in supporting Property Rights Alliance to host the launch event of their annual 2025 International Property Rights Index at the European Parliament.

The event was hosted by Vice President MEP Pina Picierno (S&D – Italy) with the participation of MEP Stephen Bartulica (ECR – Croatia) and MEP Stefano Cavedagna (ECR – Italy) and in partnership with New Direction, EPIC, ECIPE and SME Connect.

The Index was authored by Sary Levy-Carciente, a renowned economist and an economic advisor to Marina Corina Machado, the 2025 Nobel Peace Prize winner and Venezuelan democratic leader.

The International Property Rights Index serves as a tool for businesses and policymakers globally to understand the global state of property rights. The IPRI measures the property rights environment of 126 countries, representing 93.23% of global population and 97.54% of global GDP. The index analysed physical and intellectual property rights, as well as the legal and political environments that govern them.
